Lcc Win32 installation fails / Win98

Installation failed a couple of times when i tried to intstall the
current version of winlcc32.exe (Win98, no other app running). Wedit
runs after quit, but crashes when compiling.

I'm total beginner with C. Sorry i come up with this basic stuff, but
i'd really like to get into C programming with lcc..

An error occurs when "c:\lcc\bin\createdb.exe" is executed:

"BROWSEGEN cauesd an error through an unvalid page in Module
CRTDLL.DLL at 0167:7fc098bc.

Probiers doch mal mit DevC++ das zickt sicherlich weniger rum und
und hat eine nette (u.a. deutsche)Oberfläche und C ist eh ne Teilmenge von
C++.
