Hallo,

sorry for my bad written German,

i'm soon going to Köln and i would like
to know the addresses of some electronic
parts stores. I know there is a Conrad store
but i didn't find more "traditional" stores
in online listings.

Can some of you drop addresses ?

Danke,
YG

Hello,

there was a similar thread recently on Mittwoch, 22. Oktober 2003 11:15.
Somehow I think your german is good enough to understand basically the
content of the mentioned thread.

Außer den dort genannten kann ich noch den van der Meyden empfehlen, der
auch eine gute Beratung bietet:

http://www.vandermeyden.de/

Wenn man aber weiß, was man will, geht es preiswerter per Versandhandel,
z.B. http://www.reichelt.de

Wahr.

Super !
" v. d. Meyden Elektronik
Breitestr. 101

"
Das sieht sehr gut aus :)

Wenn man aber weiß, was man will, geht es preiswerter per Versandhandel,
z.B. http://www.reichelt.de

i feel less comfortable when writing in German
(vocabulary, grammar...) so...
Here's my list of stores worth a good visit :

3 stores around Nation :
- ECE (66, rue Montreuil) choice=average, price=normal, some promos on lab hardware.
- Selectronic (11 place de la nation) : choice=more than average but yet < Conrad
(but Conrad is not in Paris anymore :-((() price=ok, some promos
- RAM 131 , bd Diderot Paris 75012 http://www.vdram.com/planram1.htm
not much choice on "normal" components but some incredible bargains
on 2nd hand hardware : have alook by yourself if you're into building things yourself.

2 stores around Gare du Nord :
- Saint Quentin Radio (well known)
- (another one i have forgotten the name of)
average price, some good promotions on end-of-life components.

others :
- Electronique Diffusion http://www.electronique-diffusion.fr/
(big) catalog = 4 Euros, 2 stores :
- electronic parts : 43 rue VICTOR HUGO 92240 MALAKOFF (Métro Plateau de Vanves)
very good choice, some very good prices
(cheapest on some passive parts), both new and old parts.
- lab HW: located in Gentilly, it has tens of tons of 2nd hand
scopes, network analysers, freq counters, HF/UHF stuffs, so it's well worth
having a look if you work with videeo & broadcast systems
(ie http://www.electronique-diffusion.fr/Gentilly/Video/Video.html )
- DZ Electronique : 23 rue de Paris, Metro Charenton-Ecoles
not everything is on display. Can etch PCBs in place.

If all fails, you can check (but with fewer chances of success) :
- PERLOR RADIO (25 rue herold 75001 PARIS) small sleepy store.
- ADS Montparnasse : quite expensive, bottom of my list.

Some more stores in France :
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pouzou/site/fournisseurs/fournisseurs.htm

If you need things about audio products,
go to Métro Pigalle, rue Victor Massé !
there, you find a huge concentration of music stores,
not only instruments but recording and processing HW
(microphones, racks, recorders, mixing tables .... you name it).

Drop me an email if needed, i'll be glad to help.
