I would like to make communicate two 8 bits based microcontrollers (MCS51 or
Microchip ones) between them using bluetooth protocol. I'm searching of all
what can help me and precisely : Links towards people having tested this
handling, specialised bluetooth circuit, chip ...
cordially.

Afaik there are RS232-Bluetooth-converters. If your microcontrollers
have a UART, this might be the easiest way.
